Currently looking at the mod archive and I believe I have found the perfect search for new mod music for the Newton.

modarchive.org/index.php?request=search&...ongtitle&page=1#mods

2064 pages at roughly 40 mods each is about 82,520 mods! That is very beast. See what cool tracks we can find. If you like .mod music join the search. Find one you like let me know and we'll try to convert it.

Most .mod files tend to work but our mod player did still have some limitations. We'll just have to try it.

I've been a huge fan of .mod files ever since Roger Milne made the modplayer for the Newton.  Suddenly a whole HUGE world of music was available, and I've been able to convert some.   Here is a place I'd love to talk about how to convert .mod files, and exchange some .mod files we converted to work on the Newton!

I created a mod for Parker Lewis Can't Lose which I uploaded to Unna .
More to come, but please, I would love to try some mods others have made too.
Let's get those mods flyin!

The Apple Newton MessagePad 120 made a surprise cameo in the third season of the Apple TV series For All Mankind, and one of the show's producers shed some light on how the TV accessory was used. Ben McGinnis, producer of Tall Ship Productions and part of the team behind "For All Mankind," shared behind-the-scenes images of Newton's accessories on Twitter on Thursday. In the series, Newton MessagePad was used for video calls between actors. At least one person was also seen handling digital messages. According to McGinnis, the modified Newtons have a detachable camera for video calls. Real accessories fit inside an iPhone 12 Pro Max, allowing actors to use the front camera for video calls. Apple Newton itself was launched in 1993 as a personal digital assistant (PDA) with handwriting recognition and an optical pencil included. It implemented its own patented operating system, Newton OS, and most were based on an ARM 610 RISC processor. Apple eventually killed the Newton family in full in 1998, shortly after Steve Jobs returned to the company. However, during his execution he did not admit video calls or the other advanced functions seen in the program. McGinnis explained that the technology advances faster [the show-s] 1990s. For All Mankind, it's an alternative story of the space race, an image of whether the competition between nations never ended. The first season began in the late 1960s, the second season focused on the 1980s and the last season progressed until the 1990s.
